Moldi - Meet New People & Date Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These are the published child safety standards for Moldi - Meet New People & Date (the "Moldi App", "Moldi", "we", "us", or "our"), the adults-only social discovery and dating application distributed on Google Play. This page is published in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and is publicly accessible without login.

Moldi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE"), child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), child sexualization, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any behavior that endangers a minor. Any user who violates these standards is permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.

1. Definitions

  • Minor / child: any person under 18 years of age.
  • CSAE: child sexual abuse and exploitation, including any content, conduct, or contact that sexualizes, abuses, or exploits a minor.
  • CSAM: child sexual abuse material in any form (images, video, audio, text, drawings, generated or AI-generated media, or links to such material).

2. Adults-only platform (18+)

Moldi - Meet New People & Date is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create or use accounts.

  • New users must confirm they are 18 or older before creating an account, and the app's target audience and content rating are set to adults only.
  • Misrepresenting your age to access Moldi or to contact other users is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal.
  • Any account we believe belongs to a minor is suspended, investigated, and removed, and associated data is handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. Prohibited conduct — zero tolerance for CSAE

The following are strictly prohibited on Moldi and will result in immediate, permanent removal:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including real, drawn, animated, or AI-generated content.
  • Sharing, requesting, promoting, soliciting, storing, linking to, or facilitating access to CSAM.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, or any predatory behavior directed at a minor.
  • Child trafficking, the sexualization of minors, or normalizing/advocating sexual interest in minors.
  • Using Moldi to identify, contact, or arrange real-world contact with a minor for any sexual or exploitative purpose.
  • Age misrepresentation by, or on behalf of, a minor in order to access the platform or contact adults.

4. Prevention, detection, and moderation

We use a combination of technical controls and human review to keep CSAE off the platform, including:

  • Age confirmation at sign-up and adults-only audience targeting.
  • Photo verification to confirm that profiles correspond to real, adult users and to deter impersonation.
  • Automated and manual moderation of profiles, photos, and messages for prohibited content and behavior.
  • In-app reporting and blocking tools available on profiles, chats, and other user-facing surfaces.
  • Account-level enforcement, including suspension and permanent bans for violations.

5. How to report CSAE or child endangerment

Anyone can report suspected CSAE or content that endangers a minor:

  • In the app: use the Report and Block controls available on every profile, chat, and message. Reports flagging child safety or a minor are prioritized for urgent review.
  • By email: contact our child safety team at support@moldi.app with the profile, screenshots, timestamps, and any relevant details.
  • Support page: additional contact options are available at https://moldi.tr/support.

You do not need a Moldi account to email a child safety report.

6. How Moldi responds

When we receive a report or detect a violation, we may:

  • Remove the violating content and preserve relevant evidence in accordance with law.
  • Suspend or permanently ban the offending account(s) and associated accounts.
  • Prevent re-registration by the offending user.
  • Report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), to local law enforcement, and/or to the relevant child protection authorities in the user's jurisdiction.
  • Cooperate fully with valid law enforcement and child protection requests.

We aim to action credible CSAE reports promptly and to escalate suspected CSAM without delay.

7. Reporting to authorities and legal compliance

Moldi complies with applicable child safety laws, regulations, and mandatory reporting obligations relating to CSAE and CSAM, including reporting apparent CSAM to NCMEC and/or the competent authorities where we are legally required or permitted to do so. We do not store CSAM except as strictly necessary to comply with our legal reporting and preservation obligations.

8. Child safety point of contact
