Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Moldi.

1. Acceptance

By using Moldi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Moldi is an app for discovering local or online activities, joining a plan or sending a request to join, chatting with the group, and creating your own plans ("Plans"). Some Android devices may still run an earlier version of Moldi with a different experience until the app is updated; these Terms apply to all versions.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create or use a Moldi account.

4. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Use Moldi lawfully and respectfully.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Plans and meeting in person

• Plans are created by users. Moldi does not organize, host or supervise the activities in plans, and does not verify the people who join them.
• If you host a plan, describe it accurately, set in-person plans in a public place or neighbourhood, and never use a home address as the location.
• Hosts decide whether anyone can join their plan or whether they approve each request, and may decline requests or cancel a plan.
• Use your own judgment before meeting anyone, and use the report and block tools if something is wrong.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate others.
• Post unlawful, abusive, or sexually exploitative content.
• Attempt to bypass safety systems or platform restrictions.
• Use Moldi for scams, spam, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.

7. Safety and Enforcement

Moldi may moderate content, investigate reports, suspend accounts, or remove content, including plans and messages, that violates these Terms or our safety rules.

8. Pricing and purchases

Moldi is free to use. The current versions of the app have no subscriptions, in-app purchases or paid features.

Earlier Android versions of Moldi, which some devices still run until the app is updated, offer premium features, boosts, and super likes through platform billing providers. They are not needed for anything in the current versions. If you bought a subscription or item in one of those versions:

• Those features are not part of the Plans experience.
• A subscription stays active until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting your Moldi account does not cancel it.
• Purchase terms and refund eligibility may be governed by Google Play or Apple policies.

9. Intellectual Property

Moldi and its branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use Moldi trademarks without permission.

10. Disclaimers

Moldi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Moldi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

12. Termination

You may stop using Moldi at any time. Moldi may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal reasons, or safety concerns.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
