Safety tools for plans and group chats

Moldi is for adults 18 and over. Reporting and blocking are available on every plan and in every group chat.

What's in the app

Any plan can be reported from its menu. Reports go to the Moldi team for review.

Report a host or participant from the plan or from a group chat message. You can choose a reason, add a note and include the conversation.

When you block someone, you won't see each other's plans or messages. You can see and undo blocks under Blocked people.

Only people who are in a plan can read or write in its group chat.

Before you join, a plan shows how many people are going, not who they are.

A host can choose to approve every join request, so they know who's coming.

When creating an in-person plan, hosts add a public place or neighbourhood. The app asks them never to use a home address.

You need to be 18 or older to use Moldi. Your date of birth is checked at sign-up.

Uploaded profile photos go through automated moderation, and reported plans and people are reviewed by the Moldi team.

Report in the app first, so the report is linked to the plan or person.
For anything urgent or that needs more context, email support with screenshots and times.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
